At the last planetary dispensation a little over 2,000 years ago, when Gabriel called for the resurrection of the sleeping survivors since the time of Adam, 35,000 years previously, in the quote below reference is made to……..”requisite attainment of spiritual personality progress” when referring to those mortals who had gone to mansonia while the sleeping survivors must await a dispensational resurrection before their individual ascension journey could begin.
What do you think it is?
Notwithstanding that countless individuals having personal seraphic guardians and those achieving the requisite attainment of spiritual personality progress had gone on to mansonia during the ages subsequent to the times of Adam and Eve, and though there had been many special and millennial resurrections of Urantia sons, this was the third of the planetary roll calls, or complete dispensational resurrections. The first occurred at the time of the arrival of the Planetary Prince, the second during the time of Adam, and this, the third, signalized the morontia resurrection, the mortal transit, of Jesus of Nazareth. [Paper 189:3.3, page 2024:5]
Perhaps it refers to the developing mind of personality which “. . . possesses a certain innate capacity for spirit receptivity and therefore contains the potentials of spiritual progress and attainment.”
(65:6:10 ) The physical brain with its associated nervous system possesses innate capacity for response to mind ministry just as the developing mind of a personality possesses a certain innate capacity for spirit receptivity and therefore contains the potentials of spiritual progress and attainment. Intellectual, social, moral, and spiritual evolution are dependent on the mind ministry of the seven adjutant spirits and their superphysical associates.

Maybe it has to do with the achievement of self-understanding and self-restraint.:
( 132:3:10 ) Universe progress is characterized by increasing personality freedom because it is associated with the progressive attainment of higher and higher levels of self-understanding and consequent voluntary self-restraint.
