I TRY to take something good from every religion and apply it to social manners – my favorite discipline, for myself, is how the Quakers did it, they would sit in silence during “church” time and would only speak if they felt it was the “Spirit” that moved them. Most times everyone just had some quiet time LISTENING for the “Spirit”
