And having achieved the status of a true universe value, the creature becomes liberated in potential for the seeking of the highest universe value — God.This quote is not hard to understand:132:2.6 As you ascend the universe scale of creature development, you will find increasing goodness and diminishing evil in perfect accordance with your capacity for goodness-experience and truth-discernment. The ability to entertain error or experience evil will not be fully lost until the ascending human soul achieves final spirit levels.
In regards to error and evil, the ability, meaning possessions of the means or skill to do something, is NOT fully lost until the soul achieves final spirit levels.What are final spirit levels? Well, it’s definitely not becoming a finaliter on Paradise because that is only a sixth stage spirit level experience. We humans are destined to reach the seventh stage spirit level. Which one is FINAL? Well . . . . . I’m kinda guessing it’s not level one, two or three.
FIRST STAGE SPIRIT- occurs at the minor sector level
SECOND STAGE SPIRIT- occurs at the major sector level
THIRD STAGE SPIRIT- occurs at the superuniverse level
FOURTH STAGE SPIRIT- occurs at the Havona level
FIFTH STAGE SPIRIT- occurs on Paradise when the Universal Father is found
SIXTH STAGE SPIRIT- occurs when mustered into the Corps of the Mortal Finality
SEVENTH STAGE SPIRIT- occurs with emergence of the Supreme Being

We know from the records that mortals are spirits of the first order during their sojourn in the minor sectors, and that they advance to the second order when translated to the major sectors, and to the third when they go forward to the central training worlds of the superuniverse. Mortals become quartan or graduate spirits after reaching the sixth circle of Havona and become spirits of the fifth order when they find the Universal Father. They subsequently attain the sixth stage of spirit existence upon taking the oath that musters them forever into the eternity assignment of the Corps of the Mortal Finality.

When ascenders attain the postulated seventh stage of spirit existence, they will therein experience the realization of a new meaning-value of the absoluteness and infinity of the triodities as such is revealed on subabsolute levels in the Supreme Being, who is experiencible. But the attainment of these stages of maximum development will probably await the co-ordinate settling of the entire grand universe in light and life.
Upon *graduating* from the local universe, an ascending mortal becomes a *ward* of the superuniverse. The revelators assert superuniverse wards have never been known to go astray.
30:4.21 Before departing from their native local universes for the superuniverse receiving worlds, the mortals of time are recipients of spirit confirmation from the Creator Son and the local universe Mother Spirit. From this point on, the status of the ascending mortal is forever settled. Superuniverse wards have never been known to go astray. Ascending seraphim are also advanced in angelic standing at the time of their departure from the local universes.
To me this is a very reassuring. Father-fused ascenders have been tested, proved, and have received orders to advance to the superuniverse regime.
5:1.11 . . . man’s eternal destiny assured when Adjuster fusion proclaims to the universe that such an ascender has made the final and irrevocable choice to live the Father’s will.
The final and irrevocable choice to live the Father’s will occurs in the local universe. The Third Jubilee. Fusion. Certainty of being. Never been known to go astray. I’ll take that!

Just because a person doesn’t choose to go astray doesn’t mean they don’t have the ability to entertain error or experience evil. It’s possible to think about error and evil and not choose it. Don’t forget, it’s potential! It’s also possible to experience other people’s evil, to bear the burdens of other people’s unwise choosing.
After fusion do people stop growing and changing? No. What causes growth? Decisions. What are we asked to make decisions about? Well, even after fusion it would be God’s perfect will or something just shy of God’s perfect will. Since the Adjuster can only impart meanings and values commensurate with the level the individual is functioning on, it would seem that there is always something new to learn by experience. Experience would necessarily include potential error and potential evil. Error being defined as the less perfect choice. Fusion is not synonymous with perfection. It’s not even the final state of being perfected. If that were so there would be no need for the ascension career after fusion. No other education or experience would be necessary and the individual would get a ticket straight to Paradise. That doesn’t happen.
110:7.4 Subsequent to mortal fusion the Adjusters share your destiny and experience; they are you. After the fusion of the immortal morontia soul and the associated Adjuster, all of the experience and all of the values of the one eventually become the possession of the other, so that the two are actually one entity. In a certain sense, this new being is of the eternal past as well as for the eternal future. All that was once human in the surviving soul and all that is experientially divine in the Adjuster now become the actual possession of the new and ever-ascending universe personality. But on each universe level the Adjuster can endow the new creature only with those attributes which are meaningful and of value on that level. An absolute oneness with the divine Monitor, a complete exhaustion of the endowment of an Adjuster, can only be achieved in eternity subsequent to the final attainment of the Universal Father, the Father of spirits, ever the source of these divine gifts.
