Urantia Association International’s Education Committee invites you to attend a live webinar titled “Paper 1 – The Universal Father,” presented by Tim Duffy.

The Urantia Book begins by revealing that God, our Universal Father, is both our origin and our destiny.  God created the universe, and created us so that we might know him, receive his love, and love him in return.  Our single purpose, our supreme goal, and our ultimate destiny is to become like God.  He has issued one supreme commandment: “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect.”

But who is this God?  How do we know he is real?  What is he?  How are we to know him?  How can we become like him?  These are questions that have occupied human minds throughout our history, and to which all of us have probably heard many different answers.  Paper 1 attempts to set the record straight, and in so doing lays the foundation for the 195 papers to come.  Let’s see what it says.
