More Exciting Events
Dear Urantia Book Reader Friends,
There are two exciting events coming up for the month of August so mark your calendars!
On Saturday August 1 at 3:00 pm EDT in the United States, there will be a meeting to plan the future of Urantia Association International. This will be a meeting of the Global Urantia Perspective, a group of dedicated Urantia Book students who support the growing works of Urantia Association with a donation of $10 per month or more. This meeting will provide updates on the projects of the Association as well as a discussion on shaping the future, including the upcoming elections for the next International President and five other positions on the International Service Board. It’s not too late to join our $10 per month donor team and add your voice!
In addition, please mark your calendars for August 22, 2020 for the next 24-hour online Urantiathon – A Celebration! It will begin on Saturday August 22, 2020 GMT (UTC). The Association will host the Education Committees from across the Urantia Community and will join together to bring a full day of study and celebration from across the world. The program will feature updates and words of worship from six continents with hours of live simultaneous translation to bring together students without limitations of language. Stay tuned for future announcements with schedules and a zoom link.
