The Vision of Education with Respect to the Revelation
Dear Friends and Students of The Urantia Book,
Urantia Association International’s Education Committee invites you to attend a live Webinar titled “The Vision of Education with Respect to the Revelation,” presented by Gard Jameson.
This webinar will examine the fact that the Fifth Epochal Revelation planetary mission is clear, to bring the peoples of the planet into a new culture of Light & Life through their relationship with God. To do this, our educational mission needs to be globally focused on training teachers and leaders, on cultivating study in every culture on the planet. The model from past epochal revelations has been to train and deploy these teachers and leaders. We need, therefore, to bring the best planetary tools and techniques of education to bear. The first priority will be to enlist individuals who are dedicated to personal spiritual transformation. As these individuals become “saturated with fragrant truths of this revelation,” they will draw spiritual seekers in increasing numbers to the invitation of the revelation, to become transformed individuals, and to work to transform planetary culture.
Gard Jameson is a long time reader of The Urantia Book, since 1972. He has been a Trustee at Urantia Foundation for the last 20 plus years and is currently the head of the Education Committee for Urantia Foundation.
The webinar will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. EDT (USA and Canada) – 9:00 a.m. in Los Angeles and Arizona, 11:00 a.m. Central Time in USA, 11:00 a.m. in México, Cancún, Bogotá and Lima, 1:00 p.m. in Argentina and Uruguay, 5:00 p.m. in UK and Ireland, and 6:00 p.m. in Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Stockholm, Vienna, Brussels.
