    Friends,

    Now one full year of Thought Gems is in place for constant inspiration any time you like for any specific day of the year.

    The next stage of development I suggest, is to invite you to add your own Thought Gem based on the concept expressed in the particular daily thought gem. Today, 1 August is “Overthrow error and overcome evil by the love of the living truth do good for evil” a suggested match would be:

    In all your relations with men do good for evil

    The weary soul of the wandering mortal

    finds eternal rest in the arms

    of the Most High;

    the wise man hungers

    for the divine embrace;

    the earth child longs for the security

    of the arms of the Universal Father

     The Lord knows the way of the righteous,

    but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

    The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;

    the knowledge of the Supreme is understanding.

    Says the Almighty God: ‘Walk before me and be perfect.’

    Forget not that pride goes before destruction

    and a haughty spirit before a fall.

    He who rules his own spirit is mightier than he who takes a city

    The fool has said in his heart,

    ‘Evil shall not overtake me’;

    but safety is found only when

    the soul craves reproof and

    the mind seeks wisdom

    When the faith of your religion

    has emancipated your heart,

    when the mind, like a mountain,

    is settled and immovable,

    then shall the peace of the soul

    flow tranquilly like a river of waters

    Joy and happiness are the outcome of a good life
