Machiventa Melchizedek had more impact on Urantia’s history than anyone, except Jesus. He recruited Abraham and the three “Abrahamic religions” now have over 4,000,000,000 adherents, about half of Urantia’s population.

Melchizedek missionaries took his teachings to Egypt. Amememope based his “Book of Wisdom” in them. Do these verses sound familiar?

“A soft answer turneth away wrath…”

“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine…”

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…”

…The first psalm of the Hebrew Book of Psalms was written by Amenemope and is the heart of the teachings of Ikhnaton…. 95:4.5 (1046.6)

At the other end of the fertile crescent, Machiventa’s missionaries established schools, Kish was one.
…In Kish and Ur there long persisted Sumerian-Chaldean groups who taught a three-in-one God concept founded on the traditions of the days of Adam and Melchizedek…. 96:1:8 (1053.6)

…The Book of Job is a fairly good reflection of the teachings of the Salem school at Kish and throughout Mesopotamia…. 95:1:10 (1043.5)

Someday all Urantia will know the name Machiventa. He and Jesus could meet here:

…It is altogether possible that…we may witness the presence on Urantia, simultaneously, of Machiventa, Adam, Eve, and Christ Michael…. 93:10.8 (1025.4)
