Happy birthday to Jesus of Nazareth, Michael of Nebadon our Creator Father, on this, the 2026th anniversary of the inauguration of his 7th self-bestowal, right here on Urantia. What might he ask for on this anniversary?
…Jesus wished to develop spiritual insight into eternal realities and to stimulate initiative in the originality of living; he concerned himself exclusively with the underlying and permanent spiritual needs of the human race…. 140:8:31 (1583.5)
…Jesus wanted not only the mortals of this world but the onlookers of innumerable other worlds to know that, when doubts exist as to the sincerity and wholeheartedness of a creature’s devotion to the kingdom, it is the invariable practice of the Judges of men fully to receive the doubtful candidate…. 139:12:7 (1566.6)
…Jesus wanted his children on earth to live as though they were already citizens of the completed heavenly kingdom…. 140:8:25 (1582.6)

Yes Rick, Jesus did come to Urantia with plans, likely with influence from his elder brother Immanuel. This Jesus was a likable guy; even robust fishermen loved him as he lived a friendly life for all to see. We like to give birthday celebrations for people we like. Why not give him a party and friendly greetings too?
Imagine his feelings knowing his fate was near and wanting to stay longer to teach, to help his Ambassadors more. Imagine his human agony knowing he must part with fellowshipping in the flesh with those who believed in him. ‘Parting is such sweet sorrow’ we’ve heard.
We can identify with his feelings when situations change to less than ideal workings.
Sing Happy Birthday if you want, but sing the spiritual sounds of joy and ongoing hope for making Paradise because he is showing us the way!
Remember him when you sup at anytime!

Hi Rick, How should we proceed to paste an image. Thanks André
Andre, first I paste the image on Facebook, then copy it, and paste it here. It works, don’t know why.
