Bad avatar

Bradly and I notice today that we both are seeing a sad face avatar on our chat entries.  Why is that?  Let’s change that.  Chat options has no feature to select an avatar.

Hi Mark,

Chris Wood spotted this also at the beginning and I checked it out with Christine. It’s part of the “ChatOn” software that we bought. There’s nothing we or the webmaster can do to change it. However, she did say that if you have a generic avatar on the internet, which I think you can get through a Google account, it picks up your avatar and replaces the goofy ones with your own. I guess this is all part of the world of social media. The avatar seems to change from day to day. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Hmmmm. OK.  Can you go to the software author-publisher and report complaints?  Surely they can come up with better options!
